3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1. Bookings must be made in advance through our website.

3.2. Booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment has been processed.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1. The prices for our services are detailed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.

4.2. Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm a booking, depending on the type of tour or activity.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policies

5.1. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour date may be refunded in full.

5.2. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the tour date may incur cancellation fees.

5.3. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations after the tour has commenced.

6. Modifications

6.1. We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to adverse weather conditions, operational issues, or other reasons deemed necessary.

6.2. In the event of modifications or cancellations, alternatives or refunds will be offered as appropriate.

7. Liability and Limitations

7.1. Pucara Travel is not responsible for personal losses or damages, injuries, or any other type of harm occurring during tours. Guests must travel with a travel insurance company or security program included. As well as provide all information regarding dietary restrictions, allergies or any other type of medical condition that might affect the proper performance of the tour or activity.

7.2. Clients must follow the instructions of guides and adhere to local regulations during tours.

8. Client Obligations

8.1. Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking.

8.2. It is the client's responsibility to have the necessary documentation to participate in the tours (e.g., passports, visas, travel insurance).

9. Data Protection

9.1. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2. Client personal information will be used solely for purposes related to booking and providing our services.

9.3. Intellectual Property: Photography and Recording: Participants may take photographs and record videos for personal use during all tours and activities. Commercial use is not permitted without prior consent from the organizer.
- Image Rights: Participants consent to the use of their image in photographs and videos taken during the activity for promotional purposes.

9.4. Participant Behavior: Respect for Local Culture: Participants are expected to respect local customs and traditions during all activities and tours.

- Inappropriate Conduct: Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive will result in immediate removal from the activities without a refund and all information will be provided to local authorities.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

10.2. Changes will take effect upon posting on our website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile.

11.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in the courts of Santiago de Chile.
