Our tour of the "hidden" vineyards of Maipo and Casablanca offers a unique and fascinating experience for wine lovers and travelers eager to discover new enological horizons. TOUR DETAILS *

1. Hotel Pickup:

- We will start our day by picking you up at your hotel in Santiago. Get ready for a day full of discoveries in the hidden vineyards of Maipo.

2. Visit to Viña Odfjell:

- Our first stop will be at Viña Odfjell, a boutique winery renowned for its focus on producing high-quality organic and biodynamic wines. Here, we will enjoy a comprehensive tour of the facilities, where we will learn about their sustainable cultivation and production methods, followed by an exquisite tasting of their most emblematic wines, accompanied by an individual cheese and salami board.

3. Visit to Viña Los 3:

- Next, we will head to Viña Los 3, another hidden gem in the Maipo wine region. In this boutique vineyard, we will be warmly welcomed by its owners, Teresa and Roberto, as we explore the vineyards of a fine organic Carmenere. We will enjoy an exciting tasting of their premium wines, accompanied by a cheese and local charcuterie board. Additionally, we will have the opportunity to try an authentic empanada de pino fresh from the local clay oven.

4. Visit to Vinos LOF:

- We will continue our journey to Vinos LOF, an award-winning family winery that was recognized in 2023 by "Enoturismo Chile" as the "Most Promising Wine Tourism Experience in Maipo." Here, we will be greeted with a warm welcome and enjoy another exciting tour of the facilities. Afterwards, we will delight in a wine tasting that will include varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Rosé. To accompany the experience, we will enjoy a cheese and local charcuterie board prepared by the family matriarch, adding a homemade and authentic touch to our experience.

5. Return to Santiago:

- After a day full of oenological and gastronomic discoveries in the hidden vineyards of Maipo, we will return to Santiago in our comfortable transportation. We will arrive at the hotel at approximately 18:00, with memorable memories and the taste of excellent wines fresh on our palates.
